The Altar Society is a group of ladies who volunteer each Friday to prepare the church for the week-end masses. They keep the altars clean, rearrange flowers for the side altars, and make sure the pews are picked up and adequately stocked with missals and envelopes. One of the main functions is to wash and iron the altar linens. There are three groups of women who work on a monthly basis, once every three months. The work is done after the 8:00 am mass and takes about one hour. All volunteers are welcome.
